First United Methodist Church of Ann Arbor is a warm and accepting church where all people are welcome to come and explore the questions of faith. We believe that faith is a lifelong journey. Whether you are new to our church, a lifelong member, or somewhere in between, we will help you find paths to grow and learn, deepening your connection to God and to the world. We also believe that growing in faith is more meaningful when we walk the journey together. There are many ways for children, youth, young adults, and adults to participate in the life of our church through our small fellowship groups, education classes, music ministries, and local and international mission opportunities.

We serve Ann Arbor from two locations:
120 S. State Street, between Huron and Washington is our downtown location.
1001 Green Road, one mile south of Plymouth Road, is our Green Wood location.

Worship Services: We typically offer three worship services each weekend.
· Saturday, 5:00 pm -  Casual Worship, Green Wood Campus
· Sunday, 9:30 am - Traditional Worship, Downtown Campus
· Sunday, 11:15 am - Non-traditional Worship, Downtown Campus  (September-mid-May)
Communion is usually celebrated on the first weekend of each month. Everyone is invited to the table.
