Description: The District 214 Community Education Read to Learn Adult Literacy/Volunteer program offers free literacy tutoring to eligible adult learners at 13 sites in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. Each semester, trained volunteer tutors implement individualized lessons plans to English speaking adult students in a one-to-one instructional setting.
