The "Fresh Concept"
At Chevys, everything is made and prepared fresh. The are absolutely NO CANS in the kitchen. Tortillas and chips are made daily. Salsa is blended hourly. Guacamole is prepared from freshly cut avocados and can even be made at your table side. Chevys serves only the freshest fish, "so fresh you'll swear we caught it ourselves!"

Kids
Every Tuesday and Sunday, kids eat for FREE (with an adult purchase of $7.99 or higher/ 1 child per adult). Children are also given tortilla dough to play with, which is very popular. They also receive a coloring page, crayons, and ice cream with their meal.
