Negative: Part time workers complained of getting too few hours during off season time. Always had to solicit customers to get a Kohl's card.

Interview process: Meet with head supervisor and manager at same time for interview.

Orientation: Start in classroom type setting in order to get general information, then you get to follow people in order to see and learn what to do.
