On December 6, 2012 at 5:00pm, let downtown Kitchener light up your life - be a part of our Christmas Fantasy.

Victoria Park- the jewel in the centre of our city - comes alive with thousands of twinkling lights each year, creating a winter wonderful for friends and families to enjoy in the weeks leading up to the holidays - and right through New Year's Day.

A family event - featuring entertainment,  hot chocolate and, of course, the lighting ceremony kicks off this month-long festival - signalling the start of the holiday season.

Christmas Fantasy will continue during the Victoria Park Lake construction. While there will be no light displays around the lake area this year, thousands of twinkling lights will be displayed around the pavilion, the commons (open space between Jubilee Drive and the clock tower) and in the clock tower area, creating a winter wonderful for friends and families to enjoy in the weeks leading up to the holidays - and right through New Year's day.

The lights will be on until early January, 2013.
