Wildlife

In the park you'll see a variety of urban-Canadian wildlife - often in intimidating numbers. In the spring you will find large groups of canadian geese migrating north for the summer. Caution is always a good idea when maneuvering around the often path-blocking birds, but they're typically not violent and there is no reason to be scared of them.

Some of the species you'll find in the park include:

  • Canada Goose
  • Mallard Duck
  • Squirrel
  • Chipmunk
  • Swan
