Limit City Council's Ability to Meet Behind Closed Doors is a policy proposal: "Restricting the City Council’s ability to meet behind closed doors, and requiring more disclosure of what is discussed"

This was included as a sample proposal for residents to indicate their support or opposition in a Feb. 5, 2014 poll that was sent out to Oaklanders.

This proposal needs more details :) For example, what is the current policy on council meeting in private? What would an actual policy look like?
