Edward T. Foulkes (August 14, 1874 – December 10, 1967) was an architect, probably best known for designing the Tribune Tower which was added to the Tribune Building in 1923.

Foulkes was born in Monmouth, Oregon. He studied at Stanford University, MIT, and the famous Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris.

Foulkes worked independently, as a partner in Foulkes and Hogue (1913-1916), and a partner in Foulkes and Dennis (1955-1956). 1
