Marrakech has won dining awards several times in the News & Review. The food is good & the service is courteous and prompt. You choose 1 side of the menu or the other; the difference is the entree you want. You start with a fantastic lentil soup (harira). The next course is a "salad" type appetizer plate with various salads - eggplant, carrots & herbs, potatos, and tomato salad. Then comes the pastilla - chicken, egg, and nuts baked in a flaky filo dough pie and topped with cinnamon and powdered sugar. Next is your entree - I recommend any of the lamb dishes. Finally, you finish with a refreshing glass of sweet, hot Moroccan mint tea and a square of pastry. Oh, did I mention you eat with your hands? On Fridays and Saturdays, there are belly dancers as well. It is truly a unique, tasty dining experience. Great place to bring family and kids.
