Mission Rock (aka Seawall Lot 337) is a megaproject that will change the sea of parking lots immediately south of AT&T Park into a number of buildings and a park.

It will be 3.6mn sq ft and is expected to cost $1.6bn.

That land is owned by the port which approved the SF Giants' real estate team's plan to do this development.

Work begins in 2015.

CurbedSF has been covering this development extensively.
