The Raymond Uribe memorial which allows for any and all students who are interested in the program to take part and submit their scholarship application. As for the scholarship requirements, SF State undergrad EOP students; 2.5 minimum GPA; Must have financial need (file a FAFSA or CA Dream application) for an amount of 1500$ towards your education.
