The Moore Canal (also known as the Moore Ditch) is an irrigation ditch or canal in the farmlands west of Woodland. It begins at the point on Cache Creek (northwest of Monument Hills) where the old Moore Dam was built, circa 1854. The Magnolia Canal splits off from the Moore Canal northeast of Monument Hills, and then the Farmers Central Ditch splits off from the Moore Canal northwest of the intersection between Highway 16 and County Road 96. The Moore Canal flows into Willow Slough southwest of the intersection between County Road 27 and County Road 98.
