I've been in the Woodland True Value several times, and the staff has been very friendly and helpful. In one case, they went in back and un-boxed an item fresh from the truck for me. —GeraldCombs

2010-01-23 17:47:59   This store is good if you don't want to travel far to find another one. It's kind of antiquated and the stock is limited, even for the size of store. Prices are definitely not lower vs competitors in the area. They are nice enough though, and are probably willing to order things for you that they don't have, such as specialized tools. —grzyb

2011-10-20 01:09:53   The store always has what I need and the manager Howard is very helpful and always very nice. My only complaint is the rest of the staff. I have never been treated so badly. They are negative, sarcastic and just out right rude most of the time. There are only 2 employees that have treated me well. One was an older man and the other was the young girl at the registers who always has a smile on her face. I do like to shop there but will no longer give them my buisness simply based on the way I was treated. —SamWest
