Coffee Cat is a coffee shop located in Scotts Valley that also serves food items made with natural and organic ingredients, many of which are prepared in house. The business is operated by Manthri Srinath, who also operates Lulu Carpenter's Cafe. There is a 12-kilo Diedrich IR roaster located in the front of Coffee Cat that is actively used to roast the coffee beans, and is quite a sight to see. The Coffee Cat brand has been in existence for years, with the original store located in Santa Barbara.
